I got the results on my pat scan, wasn't as good as we hoped.
I still have a small spot in my lung that still shows cancer.
I go back to doctor on Monday the 12th, then I'll know what is next on the treatment schedule. Good news that the mass had shrunk.
On the pet scan scale, I started at 6.something, now it a 2.something. So it is better, but not gone.
 

My last chemo treatment was on the 14th. They gave me a certificate and a small bottle of sparkling cider.
I go back on Monday for a Pet scan. Then we will know if the cancer is gone. Will post and let everyone know what the out come will be. And see if I go back for more treatments or get to go back to work.
 

Today I got a call from Greg Burnam (cousin) his dad Hoyt had passed away with a heart attack on Sunday they think he wasn't found until Wed. The funeral will be in Tulia,Tx on Monday. Hoyt was the husband of the late Joyce (Evans) Burnam. Joyce was moms 2nd cousin on the Evans side of the family.

Mom and I want get to attend, I have my last Chemo treatment on Monday.
 

I have 2 treatments left, (I hope), after treatment over then I will have a cat or Pet scan to do to see if the cancer is all gone. If its not then I may have to take some radiation. I will let everyone the news when I know.
 

Hope everyone had a good Easter.
I went to Kevin from Terry's to spend the weekend with the family.
It was a quite Easter. We just stay home, Kevin worked in yard.
Donna had to work and Eric just hung around the house. My friend Elaine came over and we had a nice visit.
I will probably go home tomorrow.
 

I was a week late taking my 9th treatment. Doctor felt that I needed a break. I look terrible when I went to see him. Was haveing to many weak spells. Got to feeling much better that week.
Went last week and had my treatment. I don't feel to bad this week, just a little weak and throat is tight my voice sound week. No taste again this week.
